February Healing Circle & Fundraiser

This circle is inspired by Hummingbird Spirit and powered by the New Moon rising on February 20th.
The Hummingbird is a messenger of joy, love, and luck. We’ll begin with heart-opening cacao, followed by Yoga Nidra meditation and breathwork. Connect to the Divine through joy and the support of kindred spirits.
$500 from this event will be donated to the Kansas City Latino Arts Foundation.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, or bolster – anything that will make you more comfortable during our meditation. Feel welcome to enter the building by following the path on the south side through the back door of Your Wellness Connection.
