Reiki Certification
Reiki self-healing is available to everyone. Not only can you learn to heal yourself – but you can also help others. I offer certifications opportunities in both Reiki I and Reiki II.

When our energy becomes low, we are more likely to get sick, feel stressed, anxious or even depressed. The power of Reiki healing has been known to help relieve emotional stress, recover from physical illnesses, aid in better sleep and improve overall well being.
Reiki is known to help in healing of the mind, body, and soul through the powerful energies that flow through all living things. Students learn to use those powers to help heal themselves first. That is the essence of the Level 1 Reiki. Reiki healing is not only taught but also transferred. This is done through a process known as attunement. This is a spiritual experience whereby the energies are channeled from the Master to the student. You will leave this class with a Reiki 1 certification and attunement.

in this course, we will build upon our Reiki I foundation, stretching our ability to support others in their healing journey. This is the fundamental focus of our Reiki II class.
In this class you will learn to:
- Deepen your connection to your higher self
- Clear any lingering limiting beliefs or stories that have held you
- back
- Develop your confidence as a facilitator of healing
- Draw and activate the sacred hand symbols and
- techniques of Usui Reiki
- Practice and explore distance healing
- Explore ways to create a healing space for yourself and others
- Receive your Reiki II Certification & Attunement
