Life takes its turns. And I believe that each turn happens for a reason, making us the person we are meant to be.
I played soccer for more than 15 years of my life, including my last two years at Baker University. From that I learned the importance of a team—of having your sisters by your side, ready to fight for you. Ready to cheer for you. Ready to help you back up when you fall and ask if you’re OK. Then, tell you to keep going because you’re stronger than you realize.
I worked in early childhood education where I led preschool classrooms and helped manage the staff of teachers. There I learned of the endless light that streams from our children. The joy and abandon they hold for life, always reminding us to be present—because these moments are precious and fleeting.
I also learned of the damage that comes when a child’s light dims, and the importance of nurturing and cultivating it, so that it can grow brighter, stronger, and more resilient with time. That’s how we keep our promise to care for the next generation.
I became a wife to Brandon and a mother to Brandon and Cruz. And every day my family teaches me about joy and gratitude—for the small moments of everyday pride to the more challenging moments of, well, life. They keep me busy. They teach me patience and balance. They feed my connection to Mother Earth and Father Sky. They keep me grounded in who I am on this plane.
I served clients in a corporate setting, helping them maximize their potential—in sales, in productivity, and in efficiencies. There I grew into a leader and I learned of my own strength and power. The opportunities I explored showed me the endlessness of my potential. The challenges I faced reminded me of my deep well of strength And the relationships I built taught me that there is learning in everyone and love all around.
That’s why I decided to make my business personal. Today, as a licensed Reiki Master and certified yoga instructor, I am embracing all the lives I have lived that have led me to who I am. All the skills I have acquired and all the lessons I have learned. I am embracing them, blending them, and putting them directly into my practice. Into you, and into the power found within each session we have together.
